Do You Accept Out-Of-Network Insurance?

Yes. Dr. Braun's billing office will call your insurance company to determine what your benefits will be if you see an out-of-network provider.

Case-By-Case In-Network Approval: Because of her expertise in the treatment of sexual addiction and the fact that she is the only doctoral level certified sexual addiction therapist (CSAT) in the southwest suburbs of Chicago, Dr. Braun has often been approved as an in-network provider on a case-by-case basis by insurance companies with which she is not normally in-network.

You can call your insurance company to determine what your benefits will be if you see an out-of-network provider like Dr. Braun. If you do not know how to do this, Dr. Braun will be happy to provide instructions on the phone to help you find this information. Many clients find that their out-of-network benefits are similar to their in-network benefits.

For plans that don't offer equal reimbursement for out-of-network providers, coverage typically ranges from 50-80% of psychotherapy costs. Dr. Braun provides detailed statements for each visit that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Dr. Braun is always happy to assist her current clients or new potential clients with checking on their insurance benefits.

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
