Do You Accept Out-Of-Network Insurance?

Yes.  Dr. Braun's billing office will call your insurance company to determine what your benefits will be if you see an out-of-network provider such as Dr. Braun. Because of her expertise in the treatment of sexual addiction and the fact that she is the only doctoral level certified sexual addiction therapist (CSAT) in the southwest suburbs of Chicago, Dr. Braun has often been approved as an in-network provider on a case-by-case basis by insurance companies with which she is not in-network.  You can call your insurance company to determine what your benefits will be if you see an out-of-network provider like Dr. Braun.  If you do not know how to do this, Dr. Braun will be happy to provide instructions on the phone to help you find this information.  Often you will find that your benefits are similar to the benefits for an in-network provider.   

Dr. Braun is always happy to assist her current clients or new potential clients with checking on their insurance benefits.  Out-of-Pocket payments are accepted as well.  

Statements for your sessions will be filed with your insurance carrier by Dr. Braun's billing office for your convenience regardless of whether or not Dr. Braun is in-network or out-of-network with your insurance company.  

Dr. Braun is not in-network with any of the Medicare Advantage plans and does not accept this form of insurance.  

Payments

Dr. Braun accepts cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
